“When we arrived, the front desk told us our reservation had been cancelled due to "over booking". I made the reservation 2 months in advance. Never received notice that it had been cancelled. The woman at the front desk was not friendly at all and didn't offer any help or compassion about our reservation being cancelled. That left us with NO place to stay and no available hotel rooms local. Probably a blessing in disguise as it looked like this hotel was more of month to month place for the……

“This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The front desk staff member was welcoming and very thorough during my check-in and check-out. She covered everything I needed to know. I had an excellent room. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast room was the most spacious I've ever seen. Lots of tables. They even have an outdoor patio as another location for eating breakfast, or just hanging out overlooking a river.”

We had to have someone show us how to hold the card key on the reader while, at the same time, pushing in and firmly pulling the door handle out to get it to release. The room numbers were so dark indicating which room was which that coming into the building from the outside, my eyes couldn't adjust fast enough to read the room numbers, which was quite inconvenient.
