“Great stay , staff was great . Food quality not so great anymore . Do not recommend all inclusive , not worth it .”

“All good great location”

“Our stay at Pueblo Bonito was just okay. I wouldn't say it was terrible, but I also wouldn't say it was amazing. The biggest disappointment was definitely the food. In my opinion, the food quality was pretty terrible and could use a lot of improvement, especially for a resort of this caliber. On the positive side, the drinks were wonderful! They offer premium liquor, tequila, beer, and mixed drinks, which we really enjoyed. Another highlight was the convenient beach access, which made it easy to……

“We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel……

“Not as expected!”

“Expensive food”

“Perfect location and very nice staff. I will stay here again!”

“Location is amazing at this resort. If you like a smaller resort this is perfect. They provide tons of activities to keep you busy, or just hang out at the quiet pool... the option is yours. The food was amazing. The beds are super comfortable too! Huge shoutout to Stephanie, Jose, and Jackson at the resort. They are part of the entertainment staff and do an amazing job at it!!!”

“all good”

“Could not find property. Asked hotels in area after an hour of trying to locate the hotel. No one had heard of this place. ”

“The property grounds were very clean, all of the staff was super friendly, the room was cleaned daily, the food was good, the pool was nice, there were always available seats around the pool. We will continue to come here.”

“Friendly staff, always clean facilities”

“The service and location of Estancia are the two things that impressed me the most. The resort is like 3 min walk from the beach. If you want to go to downtown areas (which is about 12 min of rides from the resort), you can always get a cab within 5 minutes. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. They helped us out with directions and information regarding restaurants. Other than these two points, the resort's restaurants are awesome. We upgraded to all-inclusive for the last two days,……
