“Room was clean, Buyer Beware ... was given the old bait and switch as I booked a room in the main building (the Inn), which upon check in, front desk staff blamed Expedia for mistakenly booking me in an Inn room, then they sent me off to another building (without so much as a care or apology) where the public hot tubs were right outside our window (so no open curtains for us and no peaceful slumber with the party right outside.) Coffee machine was in need of service 90 percent of the time, and……
