“I went for a clean one-night sleep, after a 12 hour drive. They started vacuuming at 7.30 AM next door, and the same dude started banging on my door to get in. On a Saturday morning. Do you think anyone apologized? No, he just left his cleaning supplies outside of my room until I checked out at 9.30 AM. I had very low expectations, only needed a clean room to sleep and continue my drive. And I was interrupted by the guy cleaning the rooms.”

We were only using the resort to sleep at so I would have chose somewhere else had I known about the additional fees when I booked it. They stated some booking sites include the fees and some don't and Expedia was one that doesn't even though the stated all taxes and fees were included. Also, could not get the room to cool down at night. Was mildly uncomfortable……
