“I stay here whenever in Kirksville. It’s a good hotel and I especially like the Costa Coffee in the lobby. I think, however, the breakfast needs some help. Both times we went for breakfast - first time late, around 9:10am and the second time early, around 7:45am - the eggs had burnt bits and the oatmeal was like paste. Also, the toaster was anemic. I tried to toast an English muffin and three times pushing it down produced no color and little warmth. The butter didn’t even melt.”

“I turned into the parking lot of your hotel and I felt this was not the right hotel for my family. The parking lot and outside was not appealing. So we did not stay.
