Property was clean and the staff was very helpful. We needed a remote for our room and it came very quickly after asking. We needed silverware for food we ordered and the front desk was able to assist with this.

The hotel and Casino were very clean and offered many dining and entertainment options without having to leave the property. Our only complaint was a staff member loudly banging on our hotel room door at 930pm insisting that she needed to check the room. It was pretty jarring as my husband was in the shower and I was already dressed for bed watching TV. She identified herself as a housekeeping staff member and I let her enter the room then she just turned around and left. I have no idea what it was about. Everything else about the stay was great though!
