"Property was in a great location, clean, welcoming, and a bargain. Slightly difficult to find the first time then was easy sailing. Communication from host was top notch. Only difficulty i experienced was adjusting to the height of ceilings. I struck my head routinely on the sloped ceilings, between rooms, and especially bathroom. I am approximately 71.5 inches/182cm for reference. My daughter at 63 inches/160cm was fine. All in all we enjoyed our stay!"

The villa is located in a very quiet area, the stay was in perfect peace (the occasional and distant dog barking is not disturbing at all and the neighbors' dogs are completely calm). It's almost a miracle that the villa is also a few minutes drive from the centre of Funchal, also a large supermarket with groceries, meat, fish and everything you need and also a great starting point for any trip. "Fantastic hotel, would highly recommend. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and has a great vibe to it. The food was phenomenal and I ended up eating breakfast and lunch most days at the hotel. It's in a great location too and has an awesome little swimming spot in the ocean. I was a solo traveler and felt very safe here. Very worth it to upgrade your room to an ocean view!! Would definitely come back!"
