“Une expérience décevante pour un hôtel 5 étoiles
Nous avons quand même pû passer une bonne semaine dans l'ensemble, et nous avons profité de notre séjour malgré plusieurs probl èmes pour un hôtel 5 étoiles.
Nous avons trouvé des fourmis dans notre chambre, ce qui a déjà été décevant. Encore plus surprenant, nous avons aussi trouvé des fourmis dans un verre que nous avions commandé. Ce n'est tout simplement pas acceptable à ce niveau d'établissement et ce n'est certainement pas ce à quoi vous vous……

“This reset is truly all inclusive ( breakfast ,unch , dinner snacks , drinks ). Parking space is also provided. Resort offers outdoor and indoor swimming pool. We also used the spa and sauna. Resorts also offers kids club ( 10am- 1pm lunch break and 2pm till 18pm) . On Saturday kids can stay from 10am - 6pm . That was very convenient since we wanted to go hiking and kids preferred to stay in the resort.
Out stay was amazing , staff super nice and helpful !!! For example hike PR1 about 1h 20……

“hotel is very clean and well maintained. The gardens are lovely with plant markers, and we even saw bunnies at night. The boutique has reasonably priced beach clothing. Rooms are comfortable, with eco‑friendly AC that shuts off when you leave. The beach is beautiful, and refillable water stations are convenient if you bring a bottle. The resort has a warm, family‑oriented atmosphere. À la carte restaurants were full when we arrived and unable to book a restaurant.

“Das hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage um Funchal zu erkunden bzw. generell um Ausflüge auf Madeira zu unternehmen. Die Zimmer und das ganze hotel sind sehr modern, da das hotel kürzlich renoviert wurde. Insgesamt sind die Zimmer jedoch sehr hellhörig sodass wir die ersten beiden Nächte mitten in der Nacht vom Geschrei unserer Nachbarn auf der anderen Seite des Flurs geweckt wurden. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns ein neues Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt.
