“Tolles Hotel, schön, sauber, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, super Lage, egal ob für Kurz- oder Langzeitaufenthalte.”

“When I first checked into my room there was paint missing on the walls, the AC wasn’t working, the bed sheets had brown and black marks on it, the stairwell and hallways was trashed and it smelled badly, a hole on the top of my shower and the bathtub floor was just filthy and I requested a different room which I did and it was still the same result besides the whole in the shower but I had a jacuzzi in the bedroom and that was dirty and very distracting it was just a horrible experience and……

“The room was extremely dirty, and the overall condition of the property was unsafe and completely unsuitable for us to stay. We were so concerned by the conditions that we had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodations. “Had a wonderful visit at OYO Townhouse Jackson with friends, definitely enough space for four adults without feeling cramped at any time during our stay!”

“The air conditioning worked well, keeping us cool during the hot days. The staff were friendly too.”

“Coffee and snack bar was a pleasant surprise!”

“Great place. Will definitely stay again since my daughter moved to Jackson.”

“Loved that we had coffee right in our room. Spacious shower and comfortable seating area were nice too.”

“This hotel provided great value compared to others we've seen in this area.”

“Needed a quick stop and found just what I wanted here. Clean room, comfy bed.”

“Quick trip, just needed somewhere to crash after exploring the area more than expected. Location's quite convenient too!”

“Better than expected for a budget spot. More than I anticipated from an extended stay place. Convenient location near attractions too.”

“Awful is not bad enough. FAKE ADVERTISING AND MISREPRESENTATION!!! I left one day earlier. The place was a real dump! The floors were filthy: there were actually drops of blood on the bathroom floor. I did not use the Jacuzzi because it was filthy. The sheets were yellow, and the “pillows“ flat an one inch thick!!! The paint on the wall was chipped, with large swats missing in the bathroom. The electrical plugs were filled with grease, and revolting. The carpet was filthy and sticky. The……
