"Glad I stayed there. But yes, it's still under construction and so the rooms are very outdated. There were no bell men. I had to take my bags up myself. The coffee shop had really no snacks to speak of. I will say, room service went above and beyond for me as I was delayed in arriving and needed food as soon as I checked in. It was worth it for the historical experience, but if I went to Hot Springs again, I'd probably stay elsewhere (unless it's been FULLY remodeled)."
