Not sure how it was rated 9 out of 10. For me, more like 7.5 out of 10. Bed was not comfortable. Desk staff was very nice, clean. Cheap soap, shampoo, and towels. Convenient location, with lots of restaurants around.

Hotel and room appeared clean. But definitely needs some updating and maintenance. Stained curtains, dated decor and paint and extremely scuffed walls and floors. A little investment into updating and maintaining would improve appearance and go a long way.

The room and property were very clean. The breakfast had good options. The staff was friendly and attentive when needed. Great location with tons of dining and shopping around. Quick drive into Little Rock.
