“house was clean, an abundance of clean bath towels, Kitchen was well stocked, ( there were even pre-prepared coffee filters with coffee for the coffeemaker) provided food and water bowls for dog, and a little container of dog treats. Lots of nice personal touches throughout the property. Loved the fenced yard for the dog. Plenty of outdoor seating and shade. Owners were very easy to work with.”

“We were in town for a baseball tournament located at Don Owens and Conway Station. The location was perfect! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Having a laundry room to wash his uniforms was awesome too!”

“Adorable house very close to UCA campus on a quiet street. Check in is simple by just entering a code on the door lock pad that the owner gives the day of arrival. The backyard is spacious and welcoming. I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings. It has a full kitchen and a ton of lovely windows. We stayed a week with the temps over 100 and even in this historic home the ac kept up. Beautifully decorated and the owners even left us a local bread and recommendations for things to do based on……

“We loved Hot Springs Village! If you love golf, the lake, pickleball or tennis this community has it all. There are also great restaurants inside the village so it’s easy to eat out. If you want to hit downtown Hot Springs it’s only 30 minutes and it’s an adorable area! ”

“We have a very large dog and really appreciate having a place where we can stay and take him. We have family there and will definitely stay there again! ”

“This was a great place to stay great views and great location and had everything you needed to stay here. It was a very easy with check in process. These are the pros here are the cons it was refridgerator freezer was dirty and coffee maker was filthy . The window seal had dead flies on the inside and the windows were dirty. Also in the master bedroom when sitting on bed it collapsed and upon putting it back together it did not have any screw on the slacks in which you truly need those so……

“the house was very clean and spacious with many bedrooms! we enjoyed the openness at living/dining and kitchen area. the coffee/tea station was a bonus!! the extra play room between the living room and patio area was a perfect place for our 2 grand children to play on the floor!! the communication with the owner/property management was very smooth and truly appreciate your kindness. the memories we made at the house is unforgettable we will cherish forever, thank you for accommodating us. ”
