马纳索塔岛度假短租

“When I booked this place, it did not indicate they were under renovation. Since we were the only one staying there, they put us in one of the renovated rooms, but still needs some things to complete. Like a Chest of drawers to put your clothes in there was no place to put clothes other than on the shelf and there were no hangers. There were no end tables in the living room so we had to use the barstools. The shower door in the guest bathroom was on backwards so if you hang your towel up, you……

“The most unpleasant part for me was the parking situation. The kitchen could also use a few more utensils. Other than that, the house was very clean and peaceful. There were no flashlights, and the remote controls were missing batteries. Overall, it’s an excellent house, and we would definitely stay here agai”

“Perfect place to stay! Enjoy the sunrise on the bayside dock and watch the sun go down on the beach in the afternoon.”

“The view from each room of the Gulf, Beach and Sunset was unobstructed. The well maintained condo, building and grounds were very comfortable and welcoming. The elevator is a good sized cab and adequate for all our luggage. Certainly helps with our aging bones and joints, eve though we were only on the third floor. The only problem I had was the designated parking spaces were too difficult to park my Ford F150, so I had to park 1/2 block down the road: an easy walk. The property manager was……

“Beautiful property thank you for everything”

“Beautiful and very clean condo. Loved having chairs available on property. It was close to some great restaurants and a publix.”

“My sisters and I had a wonderful time. Your place was exceptional clean great location!! Loved the place! We will be back soon! ”

“House was in a great location. It was close to the beach and within walking distance of several bar/restaurants.”

“Very nice updated home. Beds were very comfortable. I’m always nervous about that and normally stay away from renting homes because of it. We only stayed two nights so didn’t really have a chance to settle in. But from what we saw and found the area has a little bit of everything you would want for a beach town getaway. Also great sunset views from the front patio couch that is if you don’t feel like walking 30 yards to the water.”

“I travel down South for business every so often and I'm always looking for a nice spot to stay. This place was great and extremely clean. Heather was great with responding to any questions I had. A lot of fun restaurants and local bars within less than a mile. I will be back.”

“The condo itself was nice. Everything you need for a great stay. Since it was on the second floor, which is basically the third floor, the stairs got a bit exhausting. The management company sends you a rental agreement after you reserve that feels like you are buying a house. Check in time is 4pm – check out 10am. You are losing a day at the beach. Signs are everywhere in the condo – do this, don’t do this. The management company is accommodating for an additional price. If you have a……

“Property managers were very helpful to work with and will still stay again despite a hiccup. ”

“Everything you could want or need was available!Excellent location!Heather was amazing to work with!”

“This condo was modern directly overlooking the beach. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Everything was very clean and taken care of. The place was beautiful. The host had beach chairs that added a lovely additional to an early morning beachside breakfast.”

“We will definitely be back again! The place had everything needed, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, laundry stuff, kitchen stuff, etc. All the little details were great, such as the labels on the light switches so we knew which lights turned on and even a plug in flash light (which came in handy when my husband got a splinter). Parking spot is right in front of the house which made it easy to unload our stuff. Easy drive to local grocery stores. Welcome book had great local……

“Clean . Beautifully decorated . Great location ! Right on the beach ! House well supplied . Pool was amazing !”

“This property was new, clean and full of amenities! I highly recommend staying here. Short walk to the beach, with access about 3 blocks away. Kayaks and bikes available for use. Close to the main shopping and eating area of Englewood Beach. Great property, and great communication.”
