“Great location, with plenty of room for our family at five. The interior was very clean, and the pool area was cute. We came down during a brief cold wave, and didn’t go into the pool as a result. There may have been a heater, but I didn’t see one, so we never actually made it into the water. It was a short 2 to 3 minutes by car to local stores and restaurants, and about 15 minutes to Venice Beach. To pay less than 300 for two nights during a vacation week was, I think, incredible. “This property worked well for a weekend beach getaway for three adults. Clear instructions were provided for checking in & out. The living room had ample room for gathering. The kitchen is nice & well stocked with cooking supplies. The hosts provided some K cups for the Keurig & a nice snack assortment. We did find a dirty glass in the cupboard & an extra blanket in a closet smelled moldy & had to be washed before use. The backyard had nice seating areas. We did not use the pool or hot tub. ”
