Lovely hotel and great staff. Hotel right in the centre of the city so parking is not only challenging ( NCP car park), but inordinately expensive.

A lovely stay in Manchester. Staff were friendly and helpful, the spa and swimming were the real selling point of this hotel for me as well as the amenities in the local area. The room was spotlessly clean although there were signs of wear and tear here and there in our room which stopped me from giving 5 stars. The library bar was also lovely apart from the service charge for drinks when I was served at the bar??? Hotel is well located for the event we were attending and there were lots of lovely restaurants etc to choose from locally.
