A super stay

A wonderful stay following a week of diving in slightly more reduced accommodation. From the moment we arrived we were brilliantly looked after with afternoon tea then taken up to our gorgeous room. A slight miscommunication was quickly resolved when we discovered the mattress I'd requested for our 6'5 18 year old son had been misinterpeted as a child's cot but that was whisked away and we were left to enjoy both the lovely pool and then brilliant happy hour at the Long Bar. A super stay.

I will definitely come back. Things to improve on detail maintenance on the bathroom shower door does not align and paint on ceiling. Buffett selections could be better and quality. Overall it was an Amazing experience.

I will never stay anywhere else in Manila. The hotel and service are impeccable. They anticipated and met our every need. I had a stomach problem when checking in and they sent a nurse to my room and a concierge to get electrolytes from a convenience store. We stayed at the beginning and end of our Philippines trip and they remembered my son and I, and greeted us so warmly. It feels so welcoming and supportive in their care.

Raffles Makati was amazing! The staff were all so friendly, kind, and helpful. The suite was very nice & we had a great stay! Thank you to concierge Jullian for a welcoming registration, Dustin for helping with our luggage, Jessica for a wonderful Afternoon Tea, and butler Sebastian for being so attentive to ensure our stay was exceptional! Will definitely go back to Raffles Makati next time we’re in Manila :)

Great hotel, service is excellent, the Mereio Restaurant was a great French restaurant . The only thing with the raffles hotel were the amenities is not the best choice, I have a soaker tub but no bubble soap, the magnifying mirror has no light, so putting on makeup up is so dark, I have to open the curtain to apply my makeup in front of the window and just glad that I brought my own mirror!
