Room was very nice and well attended. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful, very well maintained. The landscape is amazing. It is a pleasure to walk around and see the variety of plants and vegetation. The only disappointment is the quality of the food. While it was ok in the buffets, jusk ok - the "specialty" restaurant were extremely mediocre. A great place like this should be proud of their food and restaurants. We spoke to other guests and they all agreed the food and quality in the restaurants could be much better to make this an unbelievable resort

Staff and the beach were amazing. Clean hotel as well. The only thing is that the bed and pillows were near perfect it made it really hard to get up im the morning! Best sleep. Staff was very friendly and nice.
