“Ho prenotato presso questo hotel, quando sono arrivata ho trovato l'hotel chiuso solo con un servizio di sicurezza, il signore ci ha chiamato un bus e ci hanno portati in un altro hotel distante almeno 4 km. La camera che abbiamo trovato dall'altra parte, non era quella prenotata, non c'era,servizio di colazione e non era quello il posto che ci interessava, nessuno ci ha mai avvisato, non abbiamo capito se sono andati in over booking o cosa sia successo. “I am extremely satisfied with my stay at El Navegante Hotel in Bayahibe! Check in process was easy. 24 hours before my expected arrival I sent the host a message through the expedia app and she responded with my room number and lock code to enter the room. "The hotel offers its own parking, which is very convenient and a big plus, especially if you’re driving. The location is easy to find and check-in was smooth overall. However, there are a couple of downsides. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. Also, since the hotel is located right next to the street, it can be quite noisy, especially at night. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay for convenience, but improving the water pressure and soundproofing would make the experience much better. "
