“Very unsuspectingly nice! Room was brand new. Very simple but well appointed. Great option for a quick overnight after a PSU game without breaking the bank in State College. Be sure to check your email for the self-serve check-in!”

“Place is nice, comfortable and clean. Staff is nice. A freight train runs past the property from dusk to dawn and each of train conductors blows his whistle nonstop as he moves past the hotel.”

“The Gage was absolutely lovely for a weekend getaway- however — it’s was MUCH further from State College than advertised on Expedia- which said 22 miles. It was actually 37 miles- much further than we planned and made the weekend including WAY more travel- including late at nite- than we anticipated We had plans in SC- and travelled 4 hours to SC.”

“This was a nice house, work in progress but had lots of immensities, host was very responsive to what we needed. Needs more air conditioning for 3 bedrooms but we only needed 2 so it was fine. Would stay there again”
