“I needed a quiet stay to do an evening of study for an exam and this was the property i chose. They charged an additional $100 deposit at check in that immediately comes out of your account and takes 5 to 7 days to be returned. The property is pet friendly. They do charge a pet fee. The room was spacious and had a desk and couch that had a laptop table which was nice to relax at. Plenty of hot water and shower pressure. Only real issue was that the door would stick and was hard go open at times……

“This is a very poorly run and unkempt property. As soon as I checked into the room, I checked back out and found another place to stay. It smells of smoke, the facilities and amenities (pool, etc.) are run down. In addition, it is located at the end of a road with very few street lights, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe both physically but also for the likelihood of car theft. In addition, there are no restaurants, gas stations or activities located near this property. I would highly……
