“We had a great time staying here! Our group was all adults and two pups, and we loved the game room. Tons of tvs and things in the house to keep one busy. House is tucked in to the hill so you feel both isolated yet safe. Propane fire pit was easy to use and provided some needed fun. Every thing was spotless, and appliances were modern and well maintained Host was accommodating with answering any questions we had during our time there. The driveway is slightly difficult to walk up due to the...

“V nice property and views”

“Property was very clean and in a good location. Worked perfectly for our group of 10 and everyone loved the hot tub.”

“nice property. Long road in but worth the slow drive.”

“The property was exactly as described. Nice furnishings, clean, good location, and very well maintained. The host was easy to work with as well. We enjoyed our stay and would book here again.”

“We had a wonderful long weekend. The home was beautiful and very clean. Very centrally located and included everything we needed.”

“Very clean, spacious and comfortable and convenient.”

“The property was just as described. We loved the screened in porch! It was a great place to end our day. Our kids really enjoyed using the pickleball court. The house had everything that we needed and there's nothing that I would've changed. There was even a cupboard with games and a pair of binoculars, which came in handy to spot wildlife. The lightning bugs were a nice evening bonus! Connie was an amazing host and checked in to make sure that we were enjoying our trip. We would definitely...

“Mislabeled as "luxury". Two plastic chairs on the deck, one broken and unusable. One bed on the first floor had no box spring and a cheap home made frame.Dead bugs all over closet floor in bedroom with a bathroom.Soap dispenser in the bathroom had water in it.Mold in the shower above the shower head.2 cheap, leaking ice trays in freezer, not great if you are there to hike in the park.Prell and vo5 shampoo bottles lined upside down with about 1/5 full of product. No dishwasher.Couch was...

“My family enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. There were plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable and extra pillows were available in the closets. Really enjoyed the TVs in each bedroom. Check-in / checkout was easy. Also enjoyed evenings and mornings on the patio. Only downfall was having to take trash to community dump station about 10 minutes away.”

“The property was excellent and had enough room for 13 of us, including 5 kids from age 1 to 11 years. The basement was perfect for the older kids to play and the other rooms had plenty of space for cribs. The kitchen was big enough to cook for the whole family, and between the dining area and deck, there was plenty of seating for all Lee was an excellent host and was able to quickly accommodate us when our other rental was cancelled on us with less than 24 hours notice. The accommodations and...

“The house had everything we needed for JMU family weekend! The owners were very responsive and accommodating 👍”

“What a beautiful house & property! There was so much space for the family to spread out as needed. We appreciated everything there was available to do at the property. Pool table, air hockey, darts, games, amazing outdoor seating to choose from and the scenery was amazing! Though not far from things we needed or wanted to do, we felt it was fairly private back in the trees & quiet!”

“I rented this based on the fact I was able to travel with my pet and that I would have the property without interruption. The morning after I arrived there was someone backed into my parking area and going through the garage area - ok one time I will let it go. The next day the person was back and I could not have my dog on the porch because she was out going through the garage again. I did not rent this for me to not be able to utilize the property as advertised. The views were great and it was...

“We were convinced this beautiful home would be almost perfect. We were wrong. It is COMPLETELY PERFECT in every aspect. We did not find a single thing to neg about. I mean, how many times do we need to say perfect? There were 11 of us and every single person gave effusive praise to this property. Nothing was wrong or lacking anywhere. If you stay here, prepare to be amazed. The home is very comfortable. It is tastefully decorated. Beds, linens, furniture, appliances, fixtures, windows,...

“Host was excellent and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Home was beautiful and clean and well stocked with kitchenware. ”

“I have only one strong complaint, this cabin is not for anyone riding a motorcycle, unless you're on an Enduro bike or an adventure bike and want to do a bit of off-road riding. There is a one lane gravel road leading up to the cabin. The gravel road is steep with a substantial curve (not good) and its one lane, so if a car or pick-up are coming head on and don't grant you the right of way you have no alternative but to go into a ditch. The ground is uneven at the cabin parking area, its a big...

“It was a beautiful cabin, exactly what we needed to get away from the city and just disconnect. If you’re not comfortable driving on mountain roads, just something to think about. Overall an amazing little getaway. ”
