“Room was clean and perfect for 2 people. It’s smaller than a hotel room but loved the privacy. Microwave, refrigerator, and real cutlery were appreciated. Complimentary microwave popcorn bag was a nice touch.”

“This is a quaint cottage which means it is small. However for two people more than adequate for our weeklong stay. Check out the historical aspects of Brooksville. Very convenient to everything. The only problem was the double bed. Too small for two people. Watch the step going into the sleeping/bath area. The extra sunporch allowed us to spread our belongings. could use some cute curtains at windows. Perfect for single professional looking for privacy.”

“The apartment was very clean and comfortable.nice modern finishes and a very nice, large shower. We would definitely stay again!”

“The apartment was clean and well appointed.”

“Amazing breakfast. Front desk staff were above and beyond. Highly recommend.”

“We absolutely loved our stay and enjoyed the conversations with the owner. Breakfast was delicious and every detail was accounted for. Coffee, muffins, fruit, omelet, bacon, toast, juice and water. The house is beautiful and well maintained. Truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommended it.”

“This property has gone downhill quickly since the last time I stayed here. The rooms are not very well cleaned. The towels and sheets are in desperate need of replacement. Lots of water staining on the walls. Found an extremely broken chair in the room and asked that it be replaced. They brought a new chair and left the broken one in the room. Notified the front desk of a light out in the room, never addressed during our stay.”

“Very nice rental with pool and pet friendly, which was great for our trip since we had two dogs traveling. The pool and outdoor area was very nice and where we spent most of our time. Melinda was very easy to contact and a great host without being intrusive. Would highly recommend this rental.”

“Lovely and immaculate home. Comfortable beds for sure. This was our second year using this house for our annual event and will almost certainly be back. Also, should add that we always got prompt replies to any questions. Attentive hosts are important just in case of whatever. Very nice people. Thank you!”

“This was a great, quiet, private room with all the amenities of a a hotel, and more!! Originally, I was going to stay alone, but a friend joined me last minute. The place was spacious, and closet space was enormous. Close to shops, restaurants and about an hour to Clearwater Beach! The private, in ground pool was mere steps away and morning and evening swims were the best!”
