“We love staying at the Caldwell Studio and all of the Caldwell properties. It is where we always try to stay when we visit our granddaughter who attends college at UCA. It is the BEST.”

“I don't know where the people stayed who left your glowing reviews, but it was NOT at this establishment. “Hidden gem in the country. This apartment was perfect for our trip to visit family. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a small kitchen and laundry facilities. Apartment was clean and nicely decorated. My teenager even brought his fishing pole and spent some time fishing on the property. It was nice to be out in the country-nice and quiet. Hosts were welcoming and friendly. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip. ”

“Kitchen was fully suplied and clean. ”

“After driving all day, it felt great that air conditioning worked very well so I could relax easily. The quiet setting also helped me get good rest.”
