“had to come to town for business, and it was a comfortable place to stay. Host was very quick to respond to any concerns. Only bump we had is you need to know is back of the unit is facing the parking lot, and front is actually on the other side of the building. was confused at first when couldn't find a combination lock. lol! but host was quick to direct and we were good. ”

“This was a great option to be able to get two bedrooms. The courtyard was a tropical Oasis. I would recommend this property. If I'm ever back in Dallas I will be staying here. The location was great and the neighborhood was save and clean. We were walking distance to the whole Foods and coffee shop. There is a extremely cool old movie theater that was turned into a bowling alley just down the road as well. Top golf is a 8 minute drive and the conversation center is 4.7 miles away. “We loved this property and the management. Everything was flawless. The staff was polite, efficient, and responsive. Up-to-date furnishings and amenities. It is ideally located near Lakewood and Swiss Avenue, with an “easy shot” everywhere in Dallas. Thanks to Jenn and the entire crew. Highly recommend this property and Ritzy Room. ”

“Tiffany is an outstanding host. Everything was perfect and we will certainly want to stay at her property again on our next trip to Dallas.The apartment is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We spent 12 days in this cozy apartment while visiting family. Our favorite feature was the view over the lake from the dining table and balcony. We were able to observe pelicans and seagulls and watch the sky change at sunrise and sunset.It is extremely easy to get on the highway to reach any...

“Great property. I was here on business and wanted somewhere to stay where I didn't have to eat out every night, as well as, felt comfortable to "spread out" with my stuff for a period of time. The location is excellent and went in the opposite direction of traffic every morning. :) The property grounds was peaceful and nice. In the middle of being updated, however, I wasnt using (on business), so didnt deter me. I will be staying in these units again for a month, as I was impressed.”
