Property is located close to transport and great fresh food markets. The unit was very tired and in need of a refresh. Kitchen bench top had coffee stains in the laminate, beds were relatively comfortable. Prahran itself has gone downhill, Main Street is filthy. Personally I would aim to stay closer to South Yarra next time.

Room clean. Reported leaking tap in bathroom. Not dripping but continually running and unable to stop it. Couch comfortable. Bed comfortable but not stable. When partner turned over in his sleep the whole bed wobbled. Had a beautiful meal at Dad Vietnamese restaurant around the corner. Easy walk to Prahran train station

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was clean, modern, had all apartment facilities such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, cutlery etc. we had a dog as it is also pet friendly. We parked right down stairs in the gated compound. Great location.

This was my fourth Quest stay on this trip and sadly it was far below the others. The room we had had the bedroom wall vibrating which I traced to the extractions fans from either bedroom. We were offered another room was a little more shabby (burn marks in the counter top, fraid carpet between rooms). So stayed where we were and made sure the we lit the toilet from the hall light if going to the loo in the evening. The internet was poor, it kept stopping and made it unusable for the laptop connect via a vpn. Used my 5G dongle instead. Also not something they can do anything about but Fri/Sat is club night and we heard bass drum beats till the early hours, and being next to rail lines early Sunday morning I can only presume they were cleaning or repairing the tracks with. Large machine (6 am). The reception guy was very good and give kudos for trying to sort out our noisy walls. But next time I’m in Melbourne I’ll look for another quest. Because Quest is the best, just not at this location.

The property itself, the rooms & the facilities were amazing. Everything you could need AND more, however the NOISE was something else. It sounded like I was sleeping outside with people walking past, trains beeping their horns and general noises all around. I slept with ear plugs in and was still woken multiple times through the night with very loud noise. The rooms are not soundproof and the noise travels through the glass doors and windows which are everywhere. I wouldn’t stay again only because of the noise level and a night of no sleep. Otherwise the peppery was great.
