"So perfectly located half a block from Times Square. I did like the valet option as it makes leaving your car super convenient. The staff were great. The rooms were comfortable. We did not do the breakfast offering though."

"Elevator process can be a challenge, slow and congested. If you dont fancy smell of cigarettes, this place is not for you. There were many highlights such as direct access to Broadway, Time Sqaure and all the great shopping and eating to chose from. "

"The staff were accommodating as I was a day late but that is as far as I can say how good that was. It was old, not been updated in decades.My bathroom, it smelt of piss..oh no hot water in evening for shower. There was no chain or extra security. I had to slide a dresser over lol. Definitely do not stay here if you like the finer things in life! If I have been here more than a day, I would’ve moved hotels "

"Overall, had a good time and good price. My only peeves were that there was only one water fountain in the entire building which was broken and when I let the front desk person know they responded with "go buy water"... The elevators took a very long time and was always packed, to the point that we walked up 10 flights of stairs and it was faster. However, the location was amazing and the hotel was clean and service was direct. "

"My stay from check-in to check out was perfection. The room had two queen size beds and was spacious. The location is perfect to walk from various landmarks, subway access very close by, and beautiful views all around. "

"Adorable lobby. Rooms are adequately sized but lack details. Bad design in bathrooms, few towels, prison style sinks, could do so much with little $$ cost but disappointing overall. Elevators were tricky working only half the times. But FANTASTIC location! Great NYC views and SUPER CUTE cafe adjacent to the lobby. Not a bad place for the price just not the greatest rooms. It’s NYC and an older building but small details were overlooked that could have made it 5 Star worthy!"
