“internet was fast, I didn't use the pool, but check your alarm clocks in the room, because mine went off at midnight and woke me up out of a dead sleep. The hotel itself was quiet all night”

“The room we were placed in was not the room in the photo when I booked. We were placed on the 2nd floor, but there are no elevators, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. I am not handicapped, but did have a knee replacement, and need the other knee replaced, so walking up stairs with luggage was not super easy either. The bathroom was incredibly small, and the tile around the edges of the floor did not appear to have ever been cleaned. The shower was slippery, and the shower curtain……

“I was double charged after paying through Expedia. Holiday Inn staff said they couldn’t see my payment through Expedia and they had to run my card. Turns out I paid for the room twice and no idea if I’ll get a refund or not. Time will tell”

“Appreciated staying in a facility that was up to date and modern. Only complaint we have is that the elevator took way too long to close the doors, even when the button was pushed to close the doors (it did not respond).”

“Lots of good aspects to this hotel, such as the friendly staff, good tasting breakfast, the cleanliness of the rooms and the price. However, our particular room had a very uncomfortable mattress—way too soft. If you are someone that wants extra soft, it will be good for you. We were on the 3rd floor and there was a continuous hum coming from the ceiling (maybe from the HVAC). We didn’t notice it until the tv was off late at night, but it was audible and strong enough that you could feel the……
