“The reservation was a total screw up/disaster. I arrived and found that the office was locked up at 6:06pm and a sign saying all rooms sold out. No one was there. I called a number for the motel that I found online. The person said that there was no reservation in my name. I gave the itinerary number you supplied. The person continued to say there was no reservation. I don’t know if a problem was on your end or the motel end. It was a TERRIBLE experience!!!”

“Rooms smelled dirty and like wet dogs. Videoed a crawling bug on the bed sheet, cigarette burns on sheets. Linens unclean. One of the rooms key card wouldn’t work and they only had one key to open it which we had to go to office to request. Not safe , chain not available on door to keep intruder out. No amenities except junk doughnuts and few pieces of fruit. No cereal, juice milk. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Expedia should not advertise this place.”

“The place was very spacious, clean and exactly as posted. It was quiet, off the beaten path but not too far from the grocery store and a bigger town with restaurants and shops. I went to visit a few parks so it was perfect. The host was very friendly and helpful. I would go there again.”

“This was such a nice drive from Binghamton. Close by and very scenic. The house is identical to the pictures in the listing. Very clean and tidy. Owners came out and greeted us right away. Their little girl came over to play outside with our son. He held a chicken for the first time. Beds were very comfy. Internet worked perfectly. The kitchen had all we needed to make a family meal. “The setting for this home has a beautiful view of Lake Bel-Air. I stayed with my cousin so I gave her the bedroom and slept on the queen size sofa bed. I was amazed how comfortable this bed was. It has a built in automatically inflated air mattress that was easy to setup. It was called Air Dream (air over coil technology). So don’t be discouraged to use it. The kitchen has a gas cooktop. There is also a toaster oven and I used it to make a pie which turned out perfect I have Verizon for my cell……
