“The WiFi never worked for our room the two days we stayed. We had to basically beg the staff for extra towels (we have a family of 6) and for extra blankets and pillows. I thought those would have been ready to go prior to our arrival. Aesthetically it was really nice but honestly with everything including the valet … I wouldn’t stay here again.”

“Staff was very helpful. Only issue was the sliding shower doors. Could not keep both doors closed during showering unless you used a wash cloth to keep the door from rolling open.”
