"Hotel is very cute with basic amenities and close proximity to the airport. Breakfast for 2 people was included with coupon. The only thing that I can say that could be better is the parking. For a midsize hotel the parking lot is valet only and a bit small. All other non valet parking is quite literally the dirt and grass on the side of the road across the street, with cars coming down the narrow street you really have to be close to the fence to make sure you don’t get hit. "

"Front desk staff are careless. I requested for a wheelchair mutiple times and wife had to walk a long distance to the room even after explaining to them about her surgery. Our cleaning lady Rosa, was amazing and very attentive. The breakfast was okay, had moments where the machine for orange juice was not working and my daughter even found a small bug by the oatmeal area. Overall, rooms are clean but more attention from lobby staff."

"I recently stayed at Eden Roc Miami Beach and while the property itself is beautiful, I was disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding charges during my stay. I booked through Expedia and already understood there would be approximately $153 in hotel-related fees. During check-in, I was offered a room upgrade and was verbally told it would be an additional $300. However, nobody explained that multiple additional taxes, occupancy taxes, and extra resort-related charges would also be added afterward. I was also charged for an espresso order that I never purchased. I had to explain the situation to the front desk, and thankfully they removed the charge, but it was still concerning to see incorrect charges appear on my bill in the first place. Seeing unexpected charges throughout the stay was frustrating, especially since I had already paid separately for food and drinks. I completely understand taxes and hotel fees exist, but guests should be clearly informed of the full expected total before agreeing to upgrades or additional services. Aside from the billing concerns, the hotel itself is nice and the location is great, but transparency and billing accuracy definitely need improvement."

"Mondrian South Beach absolutely exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service felt elevated, personal, and effortlessly luxurious. Staying in the Penthouse was an experience in itself. Breathtaking views, stunning design, and the perfect mix of modern glamour and comfort. Waking up to the Miami skyline and water views felt unreal. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is unmatched. The pool scene was beautiful, the ambiance was upscale without feeling pretentious, and every detail gave luxury. The Penthouse was spacious, immaculate, and truly made our Miami trip unforgettable. It felt private, exclusive, and worth every moment. What really stood out was the hospitality. The staff was attentive, welcoming, and made sure every part of our stay felt special. Whether you’re visiting for a romantic getaway, a celebration, or just to indulge in the Miami lifestyle, this is the place to do it. Already planning my next stay. Once you experience the Penthouse at the Mondrian, regular rooms just won’t feel the same. "
