Scratchy sheets, not a formal blanket/comforter, uncomfortable pillows, scratchy and yellow stained towels, stained walls, lampshades and furniture, black mold stains on bathroom ceiling and wall paper peeling. Today called the front desk for a towel as Laudry did not answer twice a lady said yes will send up more than an hour waited called back three time to the front lobby no answer message playing then my daughter called from cell phone no answer. I sent my son down to pick the towel. This is poor service Thanks "
