“I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. ”

“I'd like to start with, we appreciated a place to stay. Id also like to say had it been warmer my grandkids would have at least been able to play outside. So the yard being there was nice. We did each have a space to sleep.We did experience quite a few issues.Upon getting to the property the front door was not secured, my daughter got there first with 3 little kids, so she waited for me and my husband to get there so my husband could check the peoperty before going in. No laundry facilities and no cooking options available, other then a microwave and a toaster. Host greeted and assisted us to our accommodations when we arrived. Communication was adequate. Beautiful 5 acre setting.”
