"This place is amazing! It is one of the few places that is better than the pictures! Our room had a wood burning stove and a balcony. All of the rooms open out to the center of the property where there is a swimming pool, hot tub, and multiple seating areas with firepits! There is also an outdoor fireplace! Very romantic and great escape for couples!"

"Our room was spacious and the bed was comfy! The pool was a little cold but adjusted to it nicely. The hot tub we had all to ourselves although when the jets were on, it overflowed with so many bubble suds like a washing machine out of a movie! But temperature was good. Just wish they would open spa 7am instead of 9am. The coffee in the lobby was delicious and hot and they use Farmers Brothers! If you are in the Santa Rosa area, this was a nice stay overall for the price!"

"Room was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and friendly. Check-in was quick. Hot tub was hot. The free breakfast was great- waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, etc. Location was across the street walking distance to Costco and Applebee’s. They had a great stay. "

"Average all around. Check-in was bad because a guest was cussing someone out down at the end of the rooms. I tried to call the front desk twice about this, but they never answered the phone. Police were called by someone, though, and responded quickly. We wanted a second floor room but were told the king kitchenette wouldn’t be ready for 40 more minutes even though it was 4:10 pm. My opinion is that all the rooms should be ready by the 4 PM check-in time. We downgraded to a standard room so that we could get off the bottom floor and not have to wait 40 minutes. Front desk clerk was friendly, but we saw no one there for backup. Pool was very nice. Breakfast was adequate."
