"My room was clean and comfortable. My room rate was above what was quoted due to an issue with my confirmation number not showing up. So I was hit with a higher rate, despite the hotel seeing my reservation. I was also disappointed in having to pay a parking fee. Other than that it's a nice hotel, good location."

"We loved the staff at H2 hotel! They were very kind and helpful - gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Breakfast was great - could choose healthy free continental or more hearty paid menu. We loved that they had free bikes, free latte/breakfast option and free valet parking. No nickel and diming. "

"This is a small boutique hotel. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, the location is perfect for Healdsburg, the rooms are very quiet. I would say that the beds are a little soft, and all pillows are feather, and those may be problems for some. Like many modern hotel, turning on the bathroom light lights up the bedroom due to glass on part of the bathroom wall, and that is a trend that we really dislike - it wakes up a partner sleeping in the bedroom when the other goes to the bathroom at night. Breakfast was OK but not special. There are many positives to the hotel and overall it met our needs well. "
