"During my stay, there was a huge travel trailer bus type thing parked directly behind where I parked. He and some other people were loitering around in the parking lot, drinking. My last night there an entire work crew with several worktrucks took all the available parking in front of my room. It was an annoyance but I guess you get a buck when you can. "

"We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel, considering it is a budget establishment. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was recently remodeled, large in size, and very comfortable. Location was good. We would definitely stay there again."

"Do not stay here. This place does not look like the pictures. We checked in and immediately checked out. They still charged us a full three nights stay. And said I had to take it up with Expedia. Expedia told me to contact management since they’re the ones who charged me. When I contacted management, they said it’s not their policy to refund, or cancel within 24 hours of check-in. I told him how am I supposed to know how bad the place is 24 hours before I check in if I’ve never been there. And if your pictures represent one thing in and in real life, they’re completely different. They reluctantly agreed to reimburse me two nights out of the three. But I have yet to see any credit on my credit card. So basically they just lied to me to get me off the phone. This hotel has terrible customer service. And I would not recommend that anyone stay here."

"Great location with a short walk to the river trail, Luther Burbank home and garden, and restaurants. Quiet. All new retro furnishings, bathroom fixtures. Nice included breakfast with yoghurt, oatmeal, coffee, and the best granola I ever had."
