"Room was dirty bathroom was dirty and bed bugs!!! Very upset and disappointed did not stay checked out immediately and staff said they could not refund me. Had to find hotel last minute "

"Sofa couch was stained as we're the sofa cushions. Had to ask housekeeping for more sheets to make my kid feel comfortable.. You can see some age on the rooms like wallpaper starting to peel in a spot or two. Housekeeping didn't speak any English so getting sheets from them became a lil harder than expected but finally got that sorted and laid down to relax before the show. There were 2 tvs but one remote and no apps. Cable only. 42 channels of cable and one controller with 2 adults and a 9 year old made us wish we would of brought the Playstation and a firesrick. Surprisingly when u walk in the main entrance there is a beautifull fountain and the sound of rushing water. It definitely gives u the impression of a really fabulous hotel but behind our hotel room door very average if not a bit of a let down. "

"Great location, within walking distance to multiple restaurants and the Reds Stadium. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. The bar and restaurant area off from the lobby was a great place to end our day with a cocktail. The breakfast bar was well stocked and had a variety of breakfast items to choose from. The only down side was the walls were thin, which is true for many hotels. We could hear our neighbors next to us and above us. "

"The room was clean, smelled fresh, clean sheets. The bathroom was ok, but dated. The AC unit was filthy, filters were completely plugged up. Pulled and washed them out in the shower. Most of the outlets were broken. Only a couple worked. The desk clerk was on her first day. Painfully slow, but pleasant. The restaurant was closed, which was the feature we were most excited about. Not planning on coming back here. "
