"Friendly and accommodating staff.. Both at checkin and housekeeping. Ellen was great! Was pleasantly surprised how clean, spacious, quiet, and well lit my room was. Bathroom included. Was nice to have a tub, plenty of towels and amenities. Fridge and microwave very handy, as well as a large, reasonably priced snack and dtink selection at fd. And an A/C that worked w/o keeping you up all night."

"Very convenient to everything down town including Fountain Square Convention Center and the ballpark. I found the 24 hour market and the staff was very friendly. I liked the library and pool table. Would love to see another pool table or other games. The only thing I found was the parking was valet only and very expensive. I would definitely stay again after staying at a number of other hotels in Cincinnatti."

"Room was very dirty, toilet looked like it wasn’t cleaned in a while, same with the shower. shower was dirty and had pink bacteria growing (serratia marcescens). The was other people hair on the floor and toilet. Someone’s takeout food was also left in the fridge."

"The bed was extremely uncomfortable & we could barely sleep. The room should really be maintained better for the $100 a night we spent. The room looked fairly clean, however somehow still felt dirty. We wore our shoes in the room because the carpet looked grimy. Although nice, the lady working at night was clearly not wearing a bra & I could smell her body odor from across the desk."
