“Quaint rural town. Hotel set up atop a scenic hill. Elevator sounded/acted like it was going to break at any moment After my first horrible ride up to the second floor, I decided to take the stairs for the remainder of my visit Breakfast was meh. No decaf coffee and only offering of black tea. No offering of protein at breakfast. Hard boiled eggs would have been nice The pillows in the room looked inviting until you actually used them. They immediately flattened like a pancake. Very……

“The hotel is only four months old, so they definitely are still going through some growing pains. There was no extra towels in the bathroom; no soap or shampoo in the bathroom; the toilet and the sink when used the first time made lots of noise before they settle down; and the shower ended up being pretty much broken. They were very nice and supportive, and hopefully things will start to be more consistent there.”
