“They allowed me to check myself in & it was gone midnight! They knew i was travelling alone & didn't speak Italian. The 'shuttle service' from airport mentioned is not included as suggested! 120 euro each way from Catania (nearest airport) maybe good price, but shuttle service would again indicate a cheaper price and part of hotel staff (it's not) When i mentioned the self check in the next morning upset, the owners response was "and that's my problem" as I responded yes, it's your hotel and……

“Nice hotel. Room was large and comfortable bed, but a bit dated. We got there a bit late 945pm, and the kitchen was closed with no room service available. They helped us order pizza delivery for dinner The in door pool was great, as was the spa. Nice outdoor pools as well but not heated. Breakfast was good”

“We stayed here as a base to discover Sicily by car. It has plenty of parking, generous breakfast, nice pool. Perfect for active vacation or pool hangouts. The property has also a nice view of Etna.”
