Convenient to O’Hare, but the free shuttle did not answer our phone call when we were at the airport needing a ride. From the hotel it was very easy to book it via the front desk.

Great hotel, clean, nice beds, amazing variety at breakfast. Only challenge is the design of their shower. A half curtain and a small raised floor piece on the bottom equates to water all over the bathroom floor while showering, making a mess and wasting towels to have to clean up. The supplied shower ground towel unfortunately isn’t enough as water sprays out of the shower a much greater distance due to the shower design; making extra clean up work on the guest. A shower door or full water blocking curtain would be much better. Aside from that, this hotel was excellent!

This was a last-minute Expedia find as our flight was delayed to the next day. We arrived close to midnight and we were welcomed pleasantly and efficiently and our room was spacious, the beds had crisp white sheets and were very comfortable, the decor was up-to-date and it was just what we need to get to airport quickly using their free shuttle very early the next morning.

This place was secure and beautiful. The amenities were top notch & I felt 100% safe while there. Will return!

Super convenient for an early morning flight, and surprisingly quiet considering it’s only steps from the terminal.
