“Convenient location”

“Operator-franchise owners are restoring an older hotel. In my room the hair dryer was partly installed and the older TV remote did not yet allow beyond one weather channel. But the room was impeccably clean,comfortable and provided at a reasonable rate. I discovered after proceeding on my trip that I had left my plastic dental retainers and knew exactly where tI had left them. Housecleaning staff were caring enough to set them aside and did not just throw them in the trash. I returned 5 hrs……

“Very cool. Bed wasn’t very comfortable, but the tub was amazing!!!”

“We did not even say we went in the room and it smelt so bad of mildew and mold it was burning my kids noses and burning my throat. We cannot even stay in the room. We were offered another room but no refund however we did not want the other room because their office smelled just like mildew and mold as well. Meaning the whole building smells that way. The guy refused to give us a refund. The room is not worth $200. This was a rip off and they need to use their money to bleach the mold out of……

“We checked in after a wedding at 11:00 PM. The front desk gentleman was great! Rooms where clean. The breakfast area is large. They had great coffee, juices, water. Waffles, egg omelets, bacon and potatoes. Cereal/ oatmeal, donuts. You could find something you would like. The outside seating area is nice which over looks the golf course.”

“A lovely hotel. Close to the town. Easy parking. Cozy and clean room. Friendly owner. Definitely it’s a great experience to stay overnight when you visit galena. ”

“The beds really weren’t that comfortable and the fire alarm started going off at 8am when a kid pulled the alarm and the staff couldn’t figure out how to get it shut off right according to The front desk. The shower head leaked bad causing horrible water pressure”

“Woke up with bug bites on my body and there was visible dog hair on the carpet. I didn't expect much more then a clean room and a bed. I wont stay there again”
