“The hotel is not up to the mark. They didnt clean our room not once during the 3 night stay we had. They said they only have 1 cleaning staff crew out for the whole hotel rooms of 40 or more. They asked me to dispose the trash which is sorta fine but didnt address other concerns. Poor experience. With kids, it was so difficult. I wont recommend for those planning with kids and family.”

“Very clean room. Bigger than expected. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars was that the bed frame was broken or coming apart. Any movement would cause a loud banging noise. Front desk staff was great...friendly and helpful. Overall was a great deal.”

“We travel a lot and this hotel has to be the worst we’ve ever experienced in terms of hospitality and customer service. There is an obvious management issue where staff are poorly trained and the hotel is even understaffed at times. Another lady and I waited for someone at front desk for almost a half an hour with no one to be found and we even called the front desk while standing there and heard the phone ring to the back with no one to answer.
