“Had a great time at the house! We were in town for the Bourbon trail and Keeneland. The house was perfect for our group of 8 and remote enough that we got a great bang for our buck while still being able to get a bus for the bourbon trail. Plenty of room for people to sleep and the game room was really cool. The Captain’s quarters (master bedroom) was amazing! I’d definitely stay again. ”

“Absolutely adorable little cabin nestled directly on the waters edge. A minutes walk from the boat ramp and dock. Very homey feeling, nothing fancy, but more than enough to enjoy a weekend away with the family. It’s close to Shakertown village, and only 45 minutes from Lexington. We spent two nights in “big cabin” the kids loved it. Good WiFi connection, YouTube, and Netflix available. The owner was available and friendly. Several small hole in the wall restaurants close by and of course there……

“Very spacious, enjoyed the view of the lake, and the pool table. Everyone had plenty of room, very comfortable and quiet neighborhood. We will be back again. ”

“We were in Danville for a family wedding. we used most of the towels in the bathroom getting ready for the wedding. When we returned to the hotel after the wedding, we called down to the front desk and asked for some more bath sheets. This was about10 in the evening. Within ten minutes or so, a clerk from the front desk brought us two complete sets of bath towels for use the next morning. I have rarely gotten service of this level even from upscale hotels in cities like Chicago and New York.”

“My stay at the Hampton Inn (Danville) was excellent. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever experienced at a hotel and the staff was super courteous.”

“Clean and nice rooms and staff. Walkable to Walmart and different restaurants. ”

“Over all everything was good. We did bring air mattresses incase the futons weren't comfortable but they weren't bad. ”

“This place is amazing! The house is very cozy and inviting, if you are an animal lover this place is for you! From the cats that greet you everyday. To see the baby cows and the Horses is such a beautiful sight. My Grandson was in his glory. Not to far from town ”
