“Had a great experience overall. Everything was easy, the hotel was well-kept, and the location was perfect for what we needed.”

“The key card system was down and so staff had to escort us to our room x 3. Everything was operational by the time we returned from dinner. Staff was apologetic but it was a pain. ”

“Nicest room that I have stayed in for quite a long time. The bed was incredible comfortable, and there were far more amenities than I expected. The staff (Gabriel at the front desk in particular) was very helpful and the location was convenient. The only minor downsides that I will share for full transparency: downtown Hamilton is sometimes a bit sketchy, and there were quite a few homeless people sleeping or walking within the vicinity of the hotel. Many seemed not well but absolutely none……

“Disappointed with our room. Only 1 bottle of water left in room, should be 2. Shampoo dispenser place in tub, that fell off the wall. Shampoo and conditioner bottles empty and not filled up. For the price, more attention to detail is needed.”

“For a new hotel I was disappointed with our room The towel rack was falling off the wall. The sheets had stains on them and the general cleanliness of the room was not up to scratch. The mirrors were smudged. It is a busy hotel and the turnover is great but a standard needs to be maintained. Do not rest on your laurels. Keep it Clean for all of our sakes.”

“They were very strict about the 3:00 check in and provided very little in amenities. Upon check out if you didn't ask for a receipt they didn't offer one. As far as towels they put to face towels in the bathroom, if you want to shower you have to go ask for bath towels. Certainly not a place Would recommend or return to.”

“Clean room. AC or Heating working properly. Staff is available. Easy to park at location. Beddings and Towels refreshed daily.”

“Bed was not comfortable at all, too small and not sturdy. People were smoking week outside from the other room.”

“The staff were awesome. Check in and out were easy and efficient. The problems were with the upkeep of the motel. Everything was old, outdated and really used. The bed was uncomfortable and squeeked so loudly. The decor and ac/heating units were ancient. Very little noise buffers, we could hear every sneeze, cough etc...from the neighbours. Honestly the staff were the highlight. Friendly and so helpful.”
