We booked our room with a visa debit card. No where in our confirmation did it say we needed a credit card( we've stayed at other hotels with only a visa debit card) and we were almost refused our room because we didnt have our credit card with us. Tv channels were next to none. Much more french channels then english channels. We ended up shutting the tv off and using our netflix account in our phones. The staff member who checked us in was extremely rude when we tried to explain to him that nowhere in our confirmation did it say we needed a credit card. Good part of the hotel was how close it was to our concert venue. My friend and I stayed over for a concert. This location is convenient for those heading over to TD Coliseum. There's a lot of restaurants and bars nearby since it's located near McMasters University The hotel was fairly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
