“Where to start? To start there is a "cleaning fee" that was mentioned no where in the listing that was to be paid before we could receive the access code for the room. Air conditioning is on a timer also the a/c's are linked together so when you put one on the other turns off. It is a PROCESS just to get the a/c's running correctly and as the landlord is explaining to you how to "correctly" use the a/c, he will complain endlessly about the electricity bill. Then magically when we got the a/c's……

“Communication with the host was not very smooth but VRVO site had something to do with it. Host was not entirely at fault. Address accuracy was an issue. We figured it out but took a while. Also, entry instructions were tricky as it pointed to a “hidden” key which did not exist. It is a numeric based lock.”
