I was not empress, but, it was the weekend, so, all hotels are going to be expensive. The bed only had one sheet and we had to put a quarter in the ice machine. I have never done that before anywhere. I have stayed in hotels in that area with better maintained rooms with similar price range.

Dirty overall but did manage to hang out by the pool alone and it was awesome staff other than cleaning ladies is lazy. Management sucks in other words. Whoever own this spot should sell now. Way too messy and crappy for Monterey.

The room was clean. Housekeeping only came once during our 1 week stay. There's plenty of parking. The guests next door were outside in front of their room smoking which caused smoke to come into our room. These rooms are non-smoking.

The room was clean, people that work there were lovely. The bed was broken, I slept on a slant. I slept just fine, just disappointed, especially for paying almost $300 for the night. The curtain rod was dangling off (I fixed it). And there was a patch of plaster on the wall, really should have been painted over. Missed the standard- no bible (I’m not religious but ALL hotels have bibles even the crappy ones).

The room was not as described whatsoever. There were dirty sheets curtains and floors. We had to pay a quarter for ice. The price we paid to stay in this rundown space was disappointing and disgusting. I felt unsafe and did not even shower due to the cleanliness of the bathroom. I will never stay here

The staff in the office during check in was really nice. The outside of the rooms in parking lots had trash everywhere. When we got to room it was clean, but both beds didn’t have comforters just sheets and the lamps next to the bed didn’t work. In the restroom there wasn’t any shampoo and conditioner. Definitely won’t be staying there again.
