“We had a lovely 4 night stay, accommodation was wonderful with comfortable beds and amazing shower. Property had a small terrace with a small glimpse of the lake which we sat outside in the mornings and afternoons taking in the view. Would recommend to anyone needing a few days away at Lake Windermere. ”

“Peaceful, cozy and clean. Lovely surroundings. Shame there was no breakfast or cafe/restaurant. Had to drive to get breakfast. Nice to see cows in the fields when you wake up.”

“We had to chase up the check in process whilst we were waiting outside the property, no information beforehand. There were a number of issues which we commented on to the owner. There was no response, or any acknowledgement of receiving my message. The issues were mainly solved but the day before we left! No WiFi from Tuesday evening until we left on the Thursday, and no communication back on this. Apartment was very small and could do with a bit of tlc all over. All the windows, apart from one,……

"The location is great and nearby the ferry pier. But the hotel is not in good maintenance at room, the toilet ceiling have a lot of dirty water marks, it looked disgusting. I booked a lakeview room that cost £250 a night, but not worth it, the room is really dilapidated, even they don't have a refrigerator at room, I needed to keep my birthday cake in their restaurant. The room price wss including the breakfast but it was lack of choice, they serve breakfast until 10:30 am, when I ordered scrambling egg with smoked salmon toast, they said no more but I saw other customers have it, I thought smoked salmon and egg are very common foods in a hotel restaurant, I wondered why they can tell me no more stocks. I just can say this hotel not worth for money, they are overpriced. Staffs are not really friendly. "
