“It's in the process of having a refurb. Good location and we got a great deal for 2 single rooms overlooking the main street. Traditional hotel. Decent bar. Typical keg beers, but reasonable prices. Rooms tidy. Lovely bath, if you prefer a soak. Probably a 4.6/5 for me. 😊”

“Check in was very efficient and she answered our questions quickly. Her dining recommendation was very solid. Delightful room with essentially a glass wall, lots of light. Nice bedding, lighting, kettle coffee/tea, furnishings. Quite a bit of people noise and room door lock beeping in the hallway. “We stayed in a yurt. It was bliss after the very warm days to sit outside on our little deck and wander in and out of our bedroom. Lying in the most wonderfully comfortable bed and watching the stars and ( as it turns out) lighting and heavy rain was just magical. clean comfy, and an amazing generous breakfast as well!”

“This is a unique little inn in the middle of the country. It was a fun stay, even though we only stayed overnight as we were traveling from Scotland highlands to London. The beds were fine, not spectacular. The bathrooms were clean and the shower pressure was amazing! The only thing I have to complain about is that the staff opened the windows and even though we shut them right away, I was still bitten up by midgies all night.”
