“Nice room, comfy bed, good facilities”

“Bear in mind that this is a budget hotel, so don't expect 5 star stay. I wanted a clean comfortable bed (tick), on-suite shower and toilet (tick), a sea view (tick), free parking (tick), close to the venue I was working at (tick), breakfast wasn't required but I got it anyway (tick), friendly staff wasn't essential, but I got that anyway too (tick). One disappointment was the quality of the wifi - you can connect, but apart from sending emails and WhatsApps, that seemed to be the limit (fail). I……

“John and Luke were excellent hosts, friendly helpful informative and fun. Our downstairs front Room 102 Amelia had a king-size bed very comfy, also good quality furniture with all needs catered for. Tastefully decoated and thought out. Bathroom was small but beautifully designed and the shower was really good. Plenty of tea and coffee, room service is your option as they prefer not to disturb. So thete is a place to leave notes of what you need. The front door was banged by guests late at night……
